All rates are per night.

Discount

• 5% discount for stays of more than 10 nights
• 10% discount for stays of more than 14 nights
• 15% discount for stays of more than 21 nights 
• 20%discount for stays of 28 days or longer

• Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon arrival and departure 
• Supermarket trip upon arrival
• 10% consumption tax
• Twice weekly tailored night shuttle for your group
• Twice weekly cleaning
• Unlimited High speed Wi-Fi

Deposit

40% Deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.

Minimum Night Stay

A 7 Night minimum stay is required during the Peak and Festive periods.

In the event that a short stay may be accepted a 40,000 yen surcharge will be added for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Payment

All prices are in JPY, payments can be paid via Paypal or directly into Cosmique Chalet  Japanese Bank account:

Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.

Credit Card payments via Square or Paypal payments include a 3.5% service fee.

We do recommend Flywire for International Payments as this service does not attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate provided by Flywire is much better than your local bank.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and no refunds are offered on any payments once made.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn’t expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.
