Prices Include:
- Pick-up and Drop-off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal upon arrival and departure
- 10% consumption tax
- Twice weekly tailored night shuttle for your group

Minimum Stays
Golden Week & Obun Summer Holiday a 3 night minimum stay applies. Long Weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel and we have more than 60 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn’t expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in date.
Deposit
40% Deposit is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.
Payment
All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid via Paypal or directly into Cosmique Chalet Japanese Bank account:
Local Japanese bank transfers are fee of charge.
Credit Card payments using Square or Paypal incur a 4% service fee.
We do recommend Flywire for International Payments as this service does not attract any merchant fees and the exchange rate provided by Flywire is much better than your local bank.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and no refunds are offered on any payments once made.
